Our Customer Success team works directly with our customers to understand their business and technical requirements and partner with them to ensure a successful deployment of their campaign as well as ongoing satisfaction over the duration of the relationship. Customer Success works at the nexus where all aspects of our company come together: Technology, Marketing, Sales, Training and Support.
What you’ll do:
- Provide front-line support for platform and device questions.
- Perform set up and on-boarding once a contract is signed with a client.
- Aid the post-sales efforts in building processes and procedures that are successful and repeatable in delivering value to your customers.
- Investigate and resolve user experience issues through evaluation and testing
- Communicate consistently with customers throughout the contract life-cycle, escalating important issues where needed.
- You will need to speak, and teach, intelligently on the value and usage of each part of the Grassroots Unwired platform.
- Apply your domain expertise with customers in best practices discussions, whether those are specific to the use of Grassroots Unwired or general Customer Success conversations.
- Provide resources to answer customer questions, identifying needs for customization and further implementation where applicable.
- Be a trusted adviser to enable customers to apply our tools to achieve their objectives.
- Manage our android device inventory and shipping and receiving process.
Who we’re looking for:
- Ability to quickly learn and master our technology platform.
- Demonstrated exceptional customer skills from previous employment.
- Strong and proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and technical projects.
- Excellent work ethic.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, very responsible, and focused on exceeding customer expectations.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with change and excel in high-stress situations.
- Self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer
- Attention to Detail
- 2-3 years in a Customer Service (in a technical role), Help Desk or a related field
- Availability to be on-call during some weekends
