Key Responsibilities: Must be able to execute and manage the following duties;

  • Prep and provision android tablets and smartphones based on client need with the appropriate mobile applications.
  • Use our proprietary inventory management software to manage incoming and outgoing shipments for reporting, accounting, and record keeping purposes.
  • Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, rates, and client expectations.
  • Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.
  • Interact with clients to make arrangements and to issue instructions for receiving, shipping and acceptance of hardware.
  • Confer and correspond with clients to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications.
  • Confer and correspond with our third party data vendors to rectify problems with data capabilities of devices.
  • Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.
  • Work with cross functional teams including account executives, operations and customer success issue identification, business requirement gathering, operational process analysis and solution formulation.
  • Provide daily, weekly, or monthly status update or presentation to senior management team.
  • Design office layout and prepare furniture plan for more efficient inventory management.

Qualifications

Applicant must be able to :

  • Have a working knowledge of third party shipping tools like USPS.com and UPS.com.
  • Meet deadlines
  • Detailed and organized
  • Advanced PC skills required
  • Ability to learn new system
  • Ability to work under time sensitive deadlines and quick turnarounds

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 16 hours a week, up to 24 possible
  • Day shift
  • Tuesday, Thursday and possibly additional days – This is flexible

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bristol, PA 19007: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

 

License/Certification:

  • Driver’s License (Preferred)
